Intercept Youth Services is "the" best place I've ever worked. Department heads are invested in employees and they promote the organization values. The organization values kinda bond the organization. We all know what's important at our core and we strive to represent those values. They are, in fact, the kind of values we as individuals aspire towards, so it helps that the organization we work for supports us in that. Also, the organization promotes positive growth by recognizing employees peer-to-peer with something called TAPIs. I'm not sure what TAPI stands for, but it's a TAPI is a way to recognize someone for demonstrating organization values. Every meeting my dept has starts with sharing TAPIs. It's a wonderful positive way to build each other up. And it makes people LOOK for the good in others. Helps the sender and the receiver grow. The culture at IYS is very positive...promotes teamwork as well as individual growth. I couldn't ask for a better place to work. I'll be with IYS for a long time....
