When you role play be super smoozy and apologize a lot and offer compensation. Reward club points is what they are looking for. Offer 5k and apologize then your a for sure hire. Role plays are the stupidest thing in an interview.
The interview was really simple but long I interviewed with 3 different HR people in the same day. If they all like you they’ll move you forward to the background check. They all asked the same questions referring to my resume. This was in Chicago so other places may be different.
She was German and i like her
When i work my interview was great
Horrible at the location I was at, people were coming in off the streets being hired without background checks or a proper interview.
Do the app. Then they will send the link for the assessment if you pass it then they will schedule a very easy phone interview. Then will have you do an onsite interview. That will include a role play. They will tell you right after if you get hired
The interview requires three stages one interview with the supervisor, the other with the human resource and lastly with the manager of the department
