Heavy Workload and Low Compensation
Written by Mechanical Design Engineer (Current Employee) from Washington, DC on November 16, 2017
Working at Interface has been discouraging. Often do not have enough time to adequately finish my work and do not get the opportunity to work on the projects/disciplines that spark my interest. Often find that my knowledge, skills, and abilities are not utilized to their potential. The office is relatively young and has a lot of to work on.
ProsGood benefits, Friendly Enviornment
ConsPoor compensation, work/life balance
