There are so many things that could be done differently to make it a better and more comfortable workplace and not add to the already stress of the job. The key things that needs to change immediately is the way the leads communicate and how they talk to people, the non working equipment, the lack of respect, and the cleanliness and untidiness. If people are leaving as quickly as they're getting hired, shouldn't that be an eye opener to make some changes? It certainly can't be the people. If no changes are willing to be made, they'll never keep employees no matter how much you pay them.

Very very stressful environment. Certain things you do not see until you get out of training. No one wants to work in an environment where there's constant yelling and you cannot even hear clients on the phone or hear yourself think a majority of the time. That amongst a million other things. They treat you as though you're an animal or a robot and not a human being. Horrible environment. Worse place to work at. Period.
