I think that it's a good place to work. Culture is positive. They seem to treat employees well and also care about patients. Overall good company to work for.

I liked the job and the work. Very manageable and I felt that they valued my skills and knowledge and education. However the management is terrible. The manager is not a team player. There’s tons of drama and gossip in the workplace. No one wanted to be there. I had a friend interview a year later and she said the entire interview was a red flag. Felt like they were selling her the job.

It's all about your attitude and who you work with. Intermountain as a whole is a fantastic company to work for. Ulture is posito e and upbeat. Pretty good work/life balance,Hardest part of the job was pleasing everyone's desires while maintaining a stable environment.

I love being PRN at Intermountain due to the flexibility of scheduling. There are always shifts as needed and it's a good place to work. Highly recommended for OTs

I have been working at intermountain for almost a year now. So far I have really enjoyed working for them. They have good work life balance. Pay is okay. You won't get opportunities to move up as much as they say but still overall a good company to work for.
