Applied a few days later had an interview. I felt the interview went ok but they asked basic interview questions. Tell me about your self. What can you bring to the team. Next day received an email from HR telling me they went with someone else. I emailed the hiring manager and asked for some feedback about how I could improve moving forward and was ghosted. It may have been the best outcome, I wouldn't want to work with a company that doesn’t have good, open lines of communication.
