Management, upper, believes anything a supervisor tells them; I partly was fired after greater than 20 years of hard service, when a patients mother complained about several things & no one believed me! Yikes!

Couple Drs who works here are terrible to work with, this company doesn’t do anything about it.
So sad. Glad I don’t work here anymore.

I had some unexplainable medical issues that I was going back and forth between Ogden and Salt Lake to Dr appts for testing for and working nights in Salt Lake. When it was found that I had a sleep disorder, I just needed to work days to stay balanced. I applied for FMLA-then IHC fired me because they said other nurses had worked 10 years to earn the right to work "straight days" and so it wouldn't be "fair" for me to get to work straight days just because of a medical condition! (That is what Corprate told me!) OK! So I guess IHC is more powerful than a law! I figured, why would I want to work for a "Healthcare Company" that doesn't even care about the "Health" of their employees!!

I never wanted to leave. My last Manager would continue to push my buttons, and she knew I had Epilepsy, and the Med's that controlled my seizures counter reacted with one another. If given the chance to prove my self worth I would love to as I worked 27 1/2 years for I.H.C.
