Our Engagement Management Program puts us in constant contact with you. Even before you start your new role, IDR Engagement Managers are working with you to ensure you are prepared and ready for your new assignment. Throughout your contract, you’ll hear from us too! And when you’re finishing a project, an Engagement Manager will work with you to focus on your re-employment with IDR. This is the commitment we have to you.
