Stay far away
Painter/Laborer (Former Employee) –  Victorville, CAJune 2, 2018
Unless you like never knowing when your gonna work and having no life for little pay then stay far away. No advancement, little to no training, if you get hired on as a painter 1 you will stay a painter 1. I was there for a year and promised a raise every 6 months, never happened. Modern day slave drivers.

Painter/Laborer (Current Employee) –  Everett, WAJuly 28, 2017
The pay is not very good. Sometimes the planes don't make it in time and then there's no work for the day which means no pay. There is no likelihood for a promotion.
Pros
You get to see cool airplanes.

very hard work
former employee (Former Employee) –  Everett, WANovember 13, 2016
A typical day at work is you work until they let you go home. its hard on your feet so you better have good souls in your shoes and there is no lazying around you will end up working 12 to 13 hours a day and sometimes with out a day off and the schedule changes all the time so call in if you have to work that day. lots of favoritism in this company and don't bring nice clothes to work. The pay sucks but how ever the overtime will make up for that and also don't expect to get a raise here because it ant happening.
Pros
long luanches and breaks
Cons
long hours, not enough days off
