State of the art training, Good Management and a good working crew, hard working unbiased employees that can take care of the overall company well being before looking at what they can get or benefit from the company. The fact is, a healthy well rounded, successful and profitable company can provide you with all what you and your clients are looking for without asking for it, as long as you do not prioritize self full fillments first before, the company that nurture you.

Provide comprehensive, externally created training courses in HR Compliance, and Staff Management. No one at any work place should be subject to hearing racist, bigoted, homophobic, or sexist commentary and a solid well created training from a respected, reputable, and consciencous source could help with some employer dissatisfactions.

Find and hire supervisors that actually care about their employees and that do not micro manage and also the processes are ones I believe they have had since they opened that doors so they really need someone to come in and re=evaluate all the employee processes like who has the ability to put you into a queue everyday and do away with that and the testimonials from customers - so wrong in so many ways and they have gotten so comfortable that I truly believe they don't care who's in charge. This company will eventually fail if things don't change and change their way of thinking and go in and clean house and become a company that the employees are proud to say they work at.
