Cut throat!
Final Assembler (Former Employee) –  Batavia ohioSeptember 2, 2018
Run as fast as you can. The pay might be good but not worth the hassel. Manager is does not care about employees and is really a dick. Unrealistic goals and ship dates. Might be a good stepping stone but not a career. If you like getting lied to on a daily basis, this will be a job for you.
Pros
The pay
Cons
Just about everything!

centralized IT standards but no local enforcement of processes or requirements of workers to project tasks. Lost too many good people and too much turnover
Pros
nice people
Cons
too many required meetings from corp with no guidance from them

excellent workplace, but not guaranteed year round work
Journeyman Team Lead (Former Employee) –  New Braunfels, TXNovember 21, 2017
Loved working for this company, but the work is not guaranteed, when the job runs to the end, there is a chance of lay off if no job is ready to go to after, so there is a chance that there will be lay-offs after job completion.
plenty of overtime is available when approved, relaxed workplace, learned many additional phases of commercial work.
Pros
flexible work schedule, excellent pay and benefits
Cons
work not guaranteed long term.

Can be a rewarding place to work, but there is lots of incompetence and nepotism. There is no compensation plan, no reviews, and very sketchy ethical conduct.
Pros
If you are good at your job you will be left alone
Cons
No structure, you work with everyone's aunt, brother, sister, uncle....

Plant Manager (Former Employee) –  Akron, OHApril 12, 2017
Company is being sold and that is driving a lot of negative short term actions.

The culture is results oriented but not in a negative way.

Local management is good.
Pros
Great leadership team
Cons
Difficult corporate management

New Management
HR (Former Employee) –  Ooltewah, TNMarch 2, 2017
So things are changing, overall it is an OK company but with any company who's management is changing things are going to be crazy for a little while. I would recommend the company only if you are looking for experience for a year or two to build your resume. Not a long term job

Don't Go There
Application Development Specialist (Current Employee) –  Cedar Rapids, IAOctober 10, 2015
My manager was strictly "hands off" to the point that you wondered whether he was still alive. Training was non-existent. The people were wonderful to work with. The work was challenging which made it a lot of fun albeit stressful.
Pros
Allowed to work from home
Cons
Extremely susceptable to economy
