Corrugator Operator in Tolleson, AZ
on September 19, 2021
Was not interesting enough to my goals. Need to be at another place for different goals. The goal was making cardboard for other companies. It was a lot of stress if you pushed yourself to reach your goals.
Machine Operator in Binghamton, NY

Interational paper Binghamton is a terrible place to work. The management has no regard for employees. Human resources is absolutely useless and never helps. The attitude that management gives employees is unreal and they wonder why the turnover is so much higher than it use to be

It's hot in the summer. You'll be on an off shift for a while before you can go to a day shift unless you get super lucky. Pretty good pay for not difficult work. Just can be aggravating sometimes working with old equipment and machines. 1 week of vacation after a year. 2 after 2. 3 after 8 years, 4 weeks after 15. 5 weeks after 20 years. And you can only split 1 week of vacation up into single days
Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician in Santa Fe Springs, CA

Lots of overtime and weekend work, paychecks will look very good. Overtime will get you close to 100,000 a year in maintenance. Very challenging with new opportunities to learn
