Breaks were very functional. They have never tried to upend or upbraid in the least. My experience with them were, the breaks and other conditions were approachable.

This answer will vary by location. Many plants are unionized and breaks would be governed by the local Collective Bargaining Agreement. There are also state laws that may affect this.

Two 10 minute and one 20 minute break by contract through union. If you're running a machine, you're pretty much guaranteed to get your breaks because they have general helpers to break them out. Other areas, probably no break, unless you're not busy.

We don’t get breaks or a lunch unless we have worked 10 hours and that is only if we have time. By contract we are not given breaks or lunches. The supervisors will actually tell you to stop eating and go find something to do.
