didnt stay long to get a good feel of the place but it was alright got paid a lot to do almost nothing and i got to wear shorts in the factory in the summer cause it was like an oven in there so pretty cool
As long as you keep quiet irrespective of whether you think youre being treated fairly or not, then youll be ok. Especially keep quiet if youre a minority. Its a good old boy system there.....the pay and benefits are good but you end up suffering in silence because youre not made to feel like an integral part of things unless youre a tes man and stay in your place
It was a ok part time job. Some days it wasn't any work, we got done pretty fast, i learned how to build bigger displays, management was ok, the culture was diverse, lifting heavy items, going on lunch or break.
I have never seen such cover up for wrong in so many ways to environment and orders to individual differences to employees threw out the company in morristown . If you have concerns about safety no one to take your concerns seriously or move forward with what needs to be resolved
This is a good company to work for, if you have the right job and the right boss (just like anywhere else). The company gives a lot of options to find your own groove, but it is up to you to find out what works for you and what does not.
People are valued
Somewhat antiquated mentality about what is 'good' and 'bad'
Excessive overtime with strict point system. Bi weekly pay. 6 day work week 8 months out of the year and lots of 12 hrs shifts. Takes 8 years for 3 weeks of vacation. No personal days.
Rude supervisors. Production manager has extreme anger issues.
No family life, appreciation or sense of value. Just do your job and dont ask questions. You'll be fine
I worked here for a long time and the respect for me ((us) is not great we’re second class the cleaning lady who is not employed by IP knows everything our schedules everything! All because the plant manager ask why really is this happening??? Why does the cleaning lady have more control with the PLANT MANAGER!
Pay is ok people are ok some are not some are so well taken cared of compared to others it’s chaotic and mind blowing. To get a job here you have to pass a background check but while you’re working here you can commit fraud and the plant manager will give you a freelance schedule. Yes we’re short handed in maintenance but that doesn’t mean keep the guy most likely to make fake work orders for himself.
Micro Managing Made it Terrible!! And employees walk around seeing lines are starting to flood & that's when they decided to go on break or a 10min. Bathroom break leaving me chasing the lines tryna keep up when I was running 3 lines Already!! And management appeared to Not notice it for Weeks.. It was the Most Worst experience on a jobsite Ever in my book.. 0 Stars
I can only speak for my location, but it is the most miserable place I have ever worked. As well as being the most hostile towards employees. The only thing they do well is pay good wages. There is absolutely zero work life balance, and management has a everyone is replaceable mentality towards employees, and repeat it often at plant wide meetings
If your late or get two many points or qaulity they put you on a program probaton but if you comit a felony or fraud while working their you get betterment treated come in as want get shifts you choose. the plant managar sends pics of himselve too cleaning girl
