Make it an easier for those seeking employment. There is limited information about the hiring process on the website. It is very difficult to contact someone with employment questions. Perhaps consider having employment recruiters who are easy to contact.

Yes, they do criminal background checks. I do not know if they hire people with a 8 year old felony arrest that is not a conviction.
