The people supported by IRC are people whose lives have been upended by war conflict and natural disasters, their lives conditions require dairly assistance and committee, because they are morals and physically trauma of the situation happened.Being each day help them fo feel good, and also help a volunteer to be ahead of his responsibility.

Yes, they do criminal background checks. I do not know if they hire people with a 8 year old felony arrest that is not a conviction.
