Office setting with tons of team support
I love working at The International School of Music the office team works together really well and together everybody Is very well rounded we're all very positive and it's a pleasant environment. We're very supportive of each other and make sure that we're all working collaboratively. If another team member needs help we step in to help each other to help provide less stress on one another. If you happen to be an admin at ISM welcome to our family.

Good music school
International School of Music is a great music school in the Bethesda area. They pay and treat the teachers daily and get a steady stream of students although that has slowed down currently due to COVID.

Fair pay
Hourly pay and good management is the only benefit for a teacher working at ISM. The company stands for making profit off students before providing a good quality training. A teacher is viewed as a service provider.

Positive environment
The administration and management at ISM are super helpful and make sure that the teachers have what they need in order to create a healthy learning environment for the students. I rarely feel stressed or unsupported at this job. They make sure to help teachers find students and fill their hours.
