A very long time. It depends on the manager and department. If you see the role reposted..red flag.
This answer depends solely on the role and location you are applying for. In the
Philadelphia/Trevose location as a nurse I was hired the day of my interview and started about 3-4weeks later.
I was hired the same day I interviewed and it took a month to run a full backgrond check.

About 2 weeks. Interviews are very long typically about
3 to 4 hrs. There is a typing test that if you do not pass you are immediately disqualified.

From start to finish the process is about 3-4 months. That is about average but could be shorter. First, you apply for the job. Second, you prove that everything you said in the CV/resume is true with documentation. Third, they review the documents. Fourth, they will require a list of items to be checked off i.e; passport/work visa, physical, etc. And lastly, they will send you to your job location.
