Philadelphia/Trevose location as a nurse I was hired the day of my interview and started about 3-4weeks later.

I was hired the same day I interviewed and it took a month to run a full backgrond check.

I interviewed then came in to shadow a nurse.

3 to 4 hrs. There is a typing test that if you do not pass you are immediately disqualified.

From start to finish the process is about 3-4 months. That is about average but could be shorter. First, you apply for the job. Second, you prove that everything you said in the CV/resume is true with documentation. Third, they review the documents. Fourth, they will require a list of items to be checked off i.e; passport/work visa, physical, etc. And lastly, they will send you to your job location.
