Assembler Lead (Current Employee) –  Menlo Park, CAMay 2, 2018
A normal day at work , would consist of getting the team ready for daily task. Check all operators trainings, and put them in a area were they would be the most useful as part of lean manufacturing. Also working with engineers and R&D to implement and make procedures and tooling easier for operators. Sending hourly updates and daily reports to management.
Pros
lots of events

Assembler (Former Employee) –  Palo Alto, CAApril 10, 2017
We keep looking for something to do and if we do have work, we are
extremely eager to complete the work order and start new order. The workplace is really small for ten people so if they added more people inside that room, it was extremely tight place. The boss is aware of the work flow. I am more challenge when there are a lot of works to be done and accomplished
Pros
Breakfast is offered to everyone as well as free drinks
Cons
Traveling to and from 25 miles everyday, There is no medical, dental benefits
