Nice people work there, but you are expected to sound like a robot. Reading scripts verbatim, even if you sound like an idiot. Your calls are screened, scored and followed. If you use one wrong word, you get a zero. You must keep an average score and that is sometimes up to your supervisor as to whether you made a mistake or not. VERY strict time constraints. You earn a decent amount of time off per pay period, but they cheat you out of it if you are not there for 6 months.
