To many people that are listed as "managers" and they don't know their job functions, or how to help when a problem or question arises. Everyone has a different opinion. The owner is never around to schedule meetings with personally, you have to reach out to others and then they fail to communicate, or they tell you what you think should be.
They put you a set route, however are quick to move you off and have you attend to others that need immediate attention, but in reality they don't. Lack of communication between office and customers, or not paying attention to detail about the order the customer is placing.
Therefore your day gets delayed or you miss out on sales.
