Not a team culture
The corporate team based in Arlington has a stressful work environment. They don't value work life balance on a department level. I see a younger workforce that enjoys more flexibility and not sure Interstate can compete with what other companies offer in that respect.

I worked for the Captiva property for over two years. I really enjoyed my time there. It was a family environment and the people are great to work for and with. They offer subsidized lunches, housing and bridge toll compensation. In some departments you can work through lunch and get extra pay! They offer free gourmet lunches once a month. The management for the most part is caring, kind and understanding. Although I learned a lot about customer service and hospitality, for me personally, it was not a long term career, although it can be for the right person.
