Avoid at all cost
Analyst (Former Employee) –  Overland Park, KSMarch 30, 2018
Do yourself a favor and avoid this toxic place. Upper executive management reaps the benefits of the wonderful, hard-working mid to lower level staff and are constantly in fights with other teams. The company used to be absolutely wonderful, but they grew too fast and lost its culture by bringing in multiple high level execs who literally add nothing other than the latest buzz words they learned at a conference.

They lay off experienced, hard working, and valuable employees all the time, while they have 12 account team members per client leeching off of their budget. Good luck trying to be innovative or creative when you are beat over the head constantly about billable hours and working night and day to reach your deadlines.

Intouch values not a single employee. When you turn over entire departments over the course of a year, you would think maybe the upper management would stop and try to find the underlying problem. Instead of replacing people who left for greener pastures, they double and triple the work of the poor saps that stick it out, and then complain when the quality of work suffers. There are so many more companies out there that offer the same "perks" and "benefits" that Intouch does. Every company "works hard and plays hard," but if you value your health and sanity, don't bother with this company.
Pros
Can't think of anything
Cons
Death by billability targets, Lack of process, Executive Incompetence

Company is growing and with that is a lot of change and challenges with staffing. The culture is young and there are a lot of company events. Salaries are low.

Intouch has a great company mission and does a lot for the local community. This company has a young vibe and allows people to make great connections in a fun culture.

Be Careful
MARKETING ANALYST (Former Employee) –  Kansas City, KSJanuary 26, 2018
The company may lay you off at any moment. Directors are very pretentious and they don't care about the people who work under them. A lot of departments don't even know what they are doing and multi-channel collaboration is awful.

The CEO is a liar. He will say the company is in good shape do avoid panic among employees but in reality the company is losing clients and money and as a result will lay off experienced people

Senior Copywriter (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILJanuary 16, 2018
Healthy culture . Friendly and talented, creative people. Plenty of amenities and little perks. Easy commute within the city or from the burbs via OTC. I'd recommend working here.

Yes, they have beer and lavish parties. No, it's not worth it.

Be prepared to work long days, nights, and weekends. Be prepared to deal with difficult clients. Some people are OK, but I would not recommend working here.

Fun and Exciting Ad Agency with a focus on Healthcare
SEO Analyst (Current Employee) –  Overland Park, KSApril 30, 2017
Wonderful work environment and tons of opportunities outside of the office to meet and mingle with your co-workers.

They are willing to cater to your schedule and want you to be the happiest employee you can be.

Depending on your team you may be working with people you'll never meet face-to-face and that comes with real challenges.

Overall, I have loved my time here and have learned some wonderful things from some truly remarkable people.

Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) –  orlando flApril 11, 2017
A typical day at work involves getting to work 30 mins before your scheduled, must be logged in by the time your scheduled and be ready to take calls, didnt get paid if we were there early but got docked if we werent there early, The call floor is very loud with many people raising hands and walking all over. its a fast paced environment and you need a good attitude to succeedd.
Pros

Not for creatives
Creative (Former Employee) –  Overland ParkAugust 20, 2015
While the overall company culture is positive, Intouch is still viewed more as a technical/production agency and not a creative agency. As a result, the creative team is the least influential department in the agency. Thick silos and disorganized, wishy washy management doesn't help.

The company is growing dramatically, and it's a nice work environment, but the pharma-centric nature of the work makes it a dead zone for anyone looking to do solid, creative work.
Pros
Good pay, good work/life balance
Cons
Awkward communication, siloed departments, unexperienced management, poor communication

Growing company in a niche market.
Young culture and given a lot of responsibilities from the start. Good place to learn the digital marketing field. Pharma can get repetitive and boring, though.

A fast growing company that pushes digital innovation for it's clients.
Associate Creative Director (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILMarch 2, 2014
This was the first I've worked for pharmaceutical clients. There was a lot of homework and a lot of patience required to understand the content, process and legalities of the industry.

As result, I believe it helped me to become a more adept problem solver, more efficient in critical thinking and a better organized creative.
