I work for Intoxalock and I am a work at home employee. You have to meet standards and have a reasonable internet connection. I started as temp in December 2017 and became a regular employee in March 2018. I have been working at home since June 2018

Make it more "family friendly" if a rep is sick with a Dr note, would be considered an excused absence. The supervisors would have to follow the same guidelines as the representatives. No favoritism everyone gets treated the same. You will be given the option to make up time for sick days or emergency leave. The vacation time will request will not be shown favoritism will the reviews of on submitting the request not three days before the time is needed to be taken off.

I feel intoxalock it's going to lose a lot of valued employees based on ethics in the call center favoritism in the call center and the treatment of the employees. The turnover rate for the employees wouldn't be so high if everything was done by case-by-case protocol. Intoxalock is a good company to work for if you don't have children and perfect health.
