Quality Assurance Technician (Former Employee) –  Flowery Branch, GAOctober 11, 2017
My time at Intradiem provided me with useful experiences and knowledge, as well as the chance to develop skills like time managment and thinking on my feet and working with a team, etc. The people there are friendly and work well with each other. Everyone is focused on the task at hand and mindful of other teams.
Pros
Wonderful people
Cons
Snacks in the breakroom are only so-so

Company culture not as described
Operations Support (Former Employee) –  Alpharetta, GAJanuary 11, 2017
Unfortunately, this company that was apparently once one of the Top 100 places to work for in Atlanta is no longer the same company. A new business plan and new senior management has transformed the company and many good, hard working people have left. Product stability, staffing issues and the inability to deliver product features also handicap this organization's ability to grow with their new sales. The product is good and definitely meets a growing need, but the need to grow revenue to meet financial commitments has caused existing customers to suffer.
Pros
Great location, good people
Cons
Lack of communication from senior management and HR teams

Sales Director (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CANovember 17, 2016
Product line is pretty esoteric (enterprise contact centers). Small protected accounts list that have been grinded on pretty heavily. High quality sales management. Senior Management is less so. Very good technical and marketing support. Better job if one works out of corporate HQ in Atlanta, rather than remote.
Pros
Good team spirit at corporate office
Cons
small depleted protected prospect lists
