Management valued your work and offered much praise and incentives. There were tons of resources available and multiple humans you could turn to for research and assistance. Most of the time you can feel valued as well by how much you are able to assist the customer, but there are a few times when you have to deal with a disgruntled customer. Intuit is truly a high-tech company that provides much support and benefits, true flexibility to accommodate any schedule, and many opportunities for growth and multiple career paths. It's your choice to take it at your own pace, whether to keep doing the same type of job or move into other areas of support.
Tax Expert Enrolled Agent in Arlington, VA

As much as they talk about powering prosperity they mean it for Customers. Poor treatment of staff who are Enrolled Agents and CPAs. Questionable work and personal background of team leads and managers. Managers only care about their paycheck and benefits at the expense of Staff for the sake of a Customer Service Survey. Managers behave as though Customer Service is according to a marketing formula. If Survey results don't show high ratings Managers cut staff.Poor business model. HR policy and Staff training needs to be improved.

Make your own schedule. Enjoyed learning a lot about the product . Management and teams work together to ensure customer satisfaction. I Loved the contest They held and prizes they gave away. The program "Perks at work" is wonderful. They offer free mental help and lots of other help is provided. You also have some benefits from day one like 401K.
