Great place to work
Staff Technical Data Analyst (Former Employee) - Los Angeles, CA - December 9, 2020
Intuit is a great place to work. I was there for just over 14 years and was always treated with respect and kindness. When Intuit says that it cares about its employees that is not an understatement. They are willing to go above and beyond to make sure employees are valued and that their opinions matter. That being said, as with any large company, that may not be true in every department all of the time. But they do try to remedy that as much as is possible. The benefits are amazing and I'm not just talking about Med, Dental and Vision. There are a lot of other benefits that the company provides to help employees in their careers, education, mental health, financial health, and the list goes on. A good Work/Life balance is promoted throughout the company but there are times when the work to be done leads to expectations that work takes precedence. The good news is those times are the exception and not the norm. The company has struggled, at times, with big changes and is still working on the right way to handle those. Though in the past few years they have been incrementally getting better at that. A typical day will vary greatly depending on the team that you are working in so it's a tough thing to describe.
Pros
Free snacks (when in an office), The people you work with, Employee first attitude, Great benefits, Bonuses
Cons
While they do try, sometimes the communication isn't the best.

Intuit - Data Analyst (Temp Assignment) (Former Employee) - San Diego, CA - December 17, 2018
I worked a temporary assignment at Intuit but it has one of the best work environments in San Diego, Fantastic compensations, and knowledgeable, helpful co-workers.
