Granted, the culinary industry isn't for those who are looking to become rich, or looking for an easy job. It's hard work, low pay, and lots of frustration. The Inverness is one of the more frustrating places I've worked. Communication between departments is tenuous, at best Being in the culinary department, there is not a lot of room for error in time or numbers. Unfortunately, not everybody else realizes it.
Long hours and little pay, can take their toll.
Also, lately it has been slow, and there is absolutely NO allowance for overtime.
