In the year that i was an employee, i watched the bank grow too quickly, loose site of the employees and most importantly the customers who they could care less about anymore. they downgraded that computer system to a worse system that needed far too many paper tickets when other places are going paperless. the goals for sales for working on both teller and platform side were ridiculous because customers were hanging up on us saying that they got too many calls. i couldn't wait to close my account that i was forced to have to get direct deposit! stay far away, this bank will either crumble or be bought out by a bigger bank

Go back to being the small savings bank that everyone loved, stop with the sales goals and making it difficult to work there without getting yelled at for not making goals, im so glad i got out when i did, i keep seeing the bank lose its identity and becoming something that everyone hates
