Working for Invo
Written by Contractual School Social Worker (Current Employee) from Baltimore, MD on April 2, 2018
As an Invo employee, I was contracted as a school social worker in Baltimore City Public Schools. The company is very supportive and offers great benefits for it's contractors. The only thing that I am not a fan of is the fact, that I am not compensated on days off, planned and unplanned. I am able to use 3 holidays for some of the planned days off - more ... and I'm given 3 PTO days for other days. If I was a retired social worker and/or married, I would continue to work for the company. I will continue to highly recommend the agency for those who are looking for contractual social work positions. - less
ProsLots of reimbursement benefits, i.e., license renewal, up to $500 for professional development, along with some others.
ConsWhen schools are closed, planned or unplanned, there is no pay.
