In general, pretty positive work environment. Very team oriented and they do hire a lot of really great people so everyone feels good leaning on their team members. The upper management does come out to practices and work with you enough that you actually know who they are and see them occasionally. They constantly remind everyone of their mission and glorify small wins with patients. There is a lot of very open communication from upper management. They consider themselves a start up so things are always changing (sometimes that's good, sometimes it hurts employees and makes upper management look bad). Not much room for career growth which is disappointing because they hire a lot of overqualified people.
