In response to the answer "they do not hire older workers" I can personally attest that they DO. I am a team RN. I am at work for 9 hrs. 8am-5pm. the first hour is huddle. We get an hour lunch break for which we can leave the building.
This is informational: to anyone over the age of 50 considering applying to I.H. as a non-clinical practioner. If you do any research on this company you would be hard pressed not to be enamoured with their biz model and mission. However, they provide no evidence that they support the hiring of an older work force. (Especially surprising in markets where senior patient populations are their target audience.) Exceptionally sad and yet very much a reality, regardless of being illegal.
