Keep on eye on the turn over rate. In the past year a very high number of dependable long term employees have walked out and the reaaon for this should be investigated.
Keep a closer eye on the turnover rate in certain departments. Probably a lot of wrongful termination going on.

Monitor the supervisor more and make sure they follow the rules because there is a lot of favoritism there and no equal opportunity at all. I hope you guys know you guys have a lot of illegal immigrants working their still waiting to get their green card or a visa.
