Just a horrible dead end job with inept management and no chance to advance your career. Seriously don't even think of working here it is like a bad reality TV show.

Product Support Engineer (Current Employee) –  Exton, PAAugust 5, 2017
People are great. Tech is outdated. Management has gaps. They need to mentor more, but they are flexible with working from home. They sometime don't understand how to make employees happy.

Love the culture of the people and the way they do business. They have some restraint because it's not a very large company. They promote a very healthy lifestyle.

not being a bigger company

Implementation Manager (Former Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UTJanuary 9, 2017
Its a company motivated by its bottom line which benefits its upper management before its customer base or general staff. I greatly enjoyed the people I worked with but would not encourage any close acquaintances to pursue a job here.

Career Destroyer- Manager Uses Fear to control employees
Business Analyst (Current Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLNovember 11, 2016
This place will literally destroy your career. There is a lack of professionalism in the Florida office. Management is very bias and arrogant. There is no real career path and the manager uses fear to control the employees. Please Help us!

Lead Business Analyst, Internet Pipeline (Current Employee) –  Charlotte, NCAugust 5, 2016
The people I work with are great. The work is tedious and monotonous. New ownership will drive the business into the ground with the high expectations relative to revenue and returns.
Pros
Casual atmosphere
Cons
Software is unreliable

It is a good company. They use really old technology and work environment is biased. I find a lot of office politics here.
Pros
free food
Cons
Ask for a lot of work hours, office politics, racism and technology

Will work in a pinch. If you're in the professional services department, be prepared to work. Nights and weekends. You are also billable, and life is centered on the client.

The co-workers are great. Management, is a bit shady, and customer ethics are somewhat questionable.
Pros
Crossfit
Cons
Long hours, the fiefdom of management.

Stay away from this company
anonymous (Current Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLApril 23, 2015
This is a horrible company to work for. People are constantly leaving due to an incompetent senior leadership. Management refuses to recognize that the problem does not just lay in Ft Lauderdale but the Exton Headquarters as well.
Pass on this company if you want to keep your sanity
Pros
Always free food, co workers are the best
Cons
Poorly run company

Great work environment. Did not mind coming into work each day. Lead and senior developers are very helpful and will answer any questions a less experienced developer may have.

Extremely successful company following outdated work practices
Full Time, Associate User Interface Developer (Former Employee) –  Exton, PAMarch 12, 2015
Very successful company with the ability to transform the insurance industry
Management does a poor job of recognizing Gen X vs Gen Y and typically sticks to older traditions, such as business dress and cubicles
The company needs innovation, but fails to find it
Recognizes itself as a software company, but acts more like an insurance company; feels like a bank working there
Great company and an ok culture, sometimes more dominated by office drama and a shifting blame game
Uses an in-house language and has no intention of moving from it any time soon. Management does not recognize the faults of such a practice and dilludes themselves to believing it is their strength to continue using it
Hardest part of the job is learning their messy, disorganized way of work following a logic path derived from the solution that got them to the next step
Most enjoyable part of the job are the people you work with. In fact, I think it was the only enjoyable part of the job
Pros
company events often, culture
Cons
proprietary language, lack of innovation, poor management, individuals not recognized for work effort properly
