Although most companies have some issues with leaning heavily on the most competent team members, IPsoft has kicked it into overdrive. If you demonstrate an inability or unwillingness to fulfill an essential function of your job, well that’s ok; your manager will just ask you to stop and they will hand it over to someone more competent. As a bonus, when it hits the fan, the less competent folks will be absolutely fine because they are out of the line of fire.
Do not interview there. They tell you one thing in the interview with the recruiter and another when you get there. They will set you up for failure

The environment is obviously made to impress the occasional visiting client- it looks rich but is actually cheap cardboard. No comfort for the employees whatsoever. Google has nap rooms, ipsoft yells at the employee who lays down on the couch during his break. Also, about 99% male because of the sexist culture.
