Consultant/Call Center Manager in Fairfax, VA
Flexible and Rewarding
Flexible scheduling, to coordinate remote call center. Outstanding technical support to ensure all employee to be the most productive, Supervisors and managers and employees all work as a team member.
Good benefits but poor work life balance
Good company overall but workload is very high at times. Resources are available but there is not a lot of time dedicated to therapeutic area training. Discretionary leave is available but difficult to take vacation time due to workload.
Clinical Research Associate in San Diego, CA
Good place to start
I was so excited about this position but now I just feel defeated I’ve had 3 managers in one year and during the pandemic they discouraged me out of my much needed vacation time . They didn’t explain the metrics until I didn’t reach them at review time . If you want to be overworked and unappreciated with no advancement this is the place for you
Service Desk Technician in Overland Park, KS
Constantly expanding company with zero support.
Company keeps buying up smaller, related, companies for expansion. This wouldn't be a problem if the KPIs that were important didn't get in the way of properly assisting the mass influx of new employees who feel lost, confused, and useless because of the terribly vague/entirely incorrect onboarding instructions they're being given. The entire company is a giant dumpster fire.

Decent company, but pay is well below what you would expect from a company that provides services to Pharma & Med Device industries. They promote employee appreciation atmosphere. Benefits were good, as was PTO policy. Definite Work/Life balance. Going through growing pains as the 2 legacy companies still seem to operate independently, as does their recently acquired company (Novasyte). Overall decent company with friendly and supportive co-workers.
