Long days with service times regularly altered to give the appearance of the work being doable in a day. Management dismisses traffic, parking, and volume when creating routes as well as business hours and even cursory review of the routes they create. Chaos is the order of the day and YOU, the lowest rung of the ladder, will bear all the blame for the unattainable position management put you in. This company is too big to fail.
Delivery and driver is good I work some weekend with no problem.work overtime also when need? Will work warehouse also no problem same way
Hours are long due to service times having a tenuous grasp to reality, therefore more stops are added based on the flawed times which leads to poor customer service
Long they want you to think iron Mountain comes first and don't really care if you have a family
I would work Monday through Friday and sometimes they would let me work weekends I could work anywhere from 6 to 12 hour days I really enjoy the atmosphere
