The most useful review selected by IndeedThis really is a joke of a company but most of field supervisors are good people. They expect you to work 18-20hours 5-6 days a week but if you have a Dr. appointment they'll make you feel bad for requesting off.

Great Company

Pays well, good leadership, variety of sites. Easy to get hired, just have to show up and do your job. Not complicated and the owners are very cool. More than enough training.

Great all the way around

ISM is a great place to work and I hated I had to leave due to medical reasons. I think I would still be there if it wasn't for health reasons. I was hired the day I did the interview. They work with you on your schedule and accommodate if you're disabled. hey pay according to the site you're put at so every pay period is different because of hours at the locations. I made sure I left in good standing so I can come back one day.

Great team, paid on time and room to grow with the company
Cons
You get paid by location some sites require you to be in car for your shift.

They are rascist, and will lie and get you started to a diaster. They are unprofessional and will set you up for failure. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. You cannot trust them at all i dont not recommend this company to anyone

Gud people less pay

They pay too low for the hours&shifts. But was great locations&very nice workers. Adobe the clients were ignorant, but overall i liked being with the company.

Not a place where employees matter

The pay is never what they say it is. People call off so you're working double shifts. If you can't you get fired. Management doesn't care about you. No room for advancement.

Management doesn't care about you. You're not trained right. Pay is subpar. Pron people constantly call off so you are working over many hours Not great when working midnights. Management has favorites. There is no room for advancement nor do you receive your sign on bonus.

It’s a good place to start getting security experience

It’s a good place to start to get security experience but they are on organize they really need to pay more for what they put the officers through From switching sites To not have any relief to not being able to allow officers to go on breaks and there’s a big miscommunication as far as managing accounts

The administration is horrible a lot favoritism in the office , administration does not have your back on nothing it’s whatever the client say , stay away from here it’s better security companies

One of the best jobs I've had.

I loved my job at ISM Security. I would highly recommend it to anyone who isn't in school. I had to give my two week because they were short handed and wouldn't change my hours for college. Even though I gave my two week notice I would still love to work there again in the future

My position was changed do to lack of other Officer's not doing there job. Company is okay, I do not like the Account I'm at very unsafe.

The only time I heard from the office was to get yelled at. The only good thing about the company was the lady who was in charge of vacation. When my supervisor messed up I could call her and she would fix it.

In professional treats employees like there nothing and never gives raises or bonuses The worst company to work for from all the company I have been told this is the worst you never get raises no bonuses to different pays For outside And inside officer

Workers at the company did not get along with the guards. they didn't like being questioned or have their bags searched. Truckers didn;t like to sign in or out. Why did I stay there for so long. I did not like it
