buen equipo en general depto de confiabilidad CMPC Laja

en un día típico debía recorrer todos los trabajos que se ejecutaban, recopilar datos de estos, ver si los parámetros estaban dentro de lo correcto y corregir los errores que pidieran haber en la ejecución de estos, luego generar un informe con el resumen de todos ellos y una evaluación general a las empresas.

Not as great of a place as it was

Ability to work from home, flexibility and work/life balance is the best benefit of this company. I do really like the people that I work with. The company has gone through several spin/mergers. Constantly changing.

Not a good company to work for

Company does not know how to control costs. Does not understand the relationship between delivery costs and required revenue. Will sign a=contracts at know losses and then blames delivery for failure. No bonuses.raises for several years.

you work harder then you should with minimal tools. They are always short handed and have to come in early and work later then you should. You start when its dark and leave when its dark

AT&T is a great company to work for. The company is currently going through a lot of changes. However once restructured it will be a great place to work again

Good Benefits / Good work life balance

Good benefits and work schedule. Learned a lot. Couldn't connect with mgt., seemed like we were always putting out fires and pointing fingers instead of focus on improving business at hand.

Good work place

Applied growing technical knowledge to operate a technology area (e.g. server administration, technical security management, performance management) for customer group with limited risk/complexity.
