Don't put everything you are in to it . There are 3 phone interviews and 1 in person. They will speed you though the phone interviews leading you to believe that once you get though the in person you are golden. This is a lie they want you to believe. They will cut you off at the knees and give no reason why.

If you were to interview for a job at the Owenton plant, you would already have a knowledge of the job you might be performing, but now you can't get a job at the Owenton location due to the factory shutting the doors and relocating to another region.

Ask exactly what you are being hired for, because, almost always the management project handling skills are awful and they will put you to do mediocre engineering work that is something a technician should be doing.
