Terrible Management
Client Executive (Former Employee) –  Dallas-Fort Worth, TXFebruary 8, 2018
The strategic management is very poor. They are reliant on an outdated culture. Managers call you on the weekend to brag about their lifestyle. You are expected to make cold calls and emails, while they track your every move. This is completed insane. They brag about how much money you can make but even your own managers steal accounts from you so they can get paid. They also ask you do do illegal, underhanded activities like kickbacks.
Pros
Great Engineers
Cons
Micro managing, Cheap salary, Weak leadership

Manager turn over is only superseded by level 1 NOC turn over.
