Customers FIRST - Take a good look at the lost sales and customer complaints, proactively address and prioritize exisiting - no excuses -fix the customer.
Sales Management Change- too focused on creating reports and processes around the numbers that support their self-preservation instead of actual selling and customers
Vision - Utilize the trends that exist today to create the sales vision that expands the portfolio; building a platform for future technology trends
Remove Barriers -rid the automation lock down; encourage teams to sell as a team - give ownership of the sales back to sales and remove the conflict
