Interview for a Dean position. The campus president decided to not even show up and the rest of the committee were visibly surprised by this. As someone who has worked in higher ed for a long time it came off as extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. They interview a lot of people they have no intention of hiring.

For 100 level and above, you have to have a Master's Degree in a related field. For the 000 courses, a Bachelor's Degree with a certain number of courses related to the course you will teach.
