There seemed to be a lot of tension at the highest levels. EVPs seemed like they were genuinely interested in the people in the company, but not the CEO. A lot of middle-management seemed to have the "survival of the meanest" mentality. However, direct mangers and supervisors were good.
They try to make it a good place to work
You can't get away from low pay and low morale in that industry.

12 hr shifts
Decent environment, chill, laid back, yet fast pace and competitive.
Overall not a bad job. I would go back if I needed a job.
You get 2 breaks. 10-15 mins I forget how long they are.
