J and J Holmes have clients that are very rewarding to work with. Unfortunately, management does not show much interest in the people that work for the company. I felt very unappreciative and not resected. The field is a great opportunity to help and give back to others by helping with the needs that each individual demands. That is the reason why I stayed with the company. I believe they need to expect more from their employees so the turn around is not so high and that there are people working there that are hardworking, compassionate, and actually decide to show up for their scheduled shifts.
