change style of management
management should be more focused on educating and training their employees . Treat employees with respect and not like they are children when they make a mistake. take them in one on one and not call them incompetent or dumb in front of other staff when ur considered "HR".

I worked for JP Farley for almost 8 months before I was offered a job at a different business. I did the respectful thing and put my 2 weeks notice in. I also asked management if they needed me to do anything before I left. 3 days into my 2 weeks a coworker of mine told management I had a poor attitude. Owner's view on his employees
Worked here for several years, dealt with all levels of the staff. Found that the owner did not appreciate his staff. Often had high turnover in many critical positions.

enjoyable place to work
started there with no knowledge of the medical field - they taught me from the ground up in claims data entry, claims processing and customer service - and the TPA world with self funded plans

Fast-paced environment
I was temporary assistance to the group at JP Farley. When the medical world was switching over to electronic medical records, there was some glitches & records did not get uploaded properly. I was one of a couple of people that were hired on temporarily to input those records.
