  • Better pay, hire dispatcher with experience. Cap your driver income also needs to be fixed benefits premium should be lower

  • Better pay for drivers (Intermodal, dedicated, and other), 2 week vacation time for drivers at onset, bonuses for those working through unsafe conditions, new hand trucks (dollies), increase speed to 70mph.

  • These are hard times right now many companies are just trying to survive. I think that some of the dispatchers typically are too strict and then yielding. I somewhat often treat Drivers as though they are bad children

  • I would provide better dollies and hand trucks if anything, and I know that myself and others would prefer if the straight trucks were manual!
