  • The driving of trucks NOT specifically designed for PA

  • Learning the on board computer systems and becoming comfortable with it.

  • The division i worked in was family dollar. They were very low budget needless to say the accounts were nit very friendly. As for there trailers they have. They are a joke.

  • Over weight material that you have move with a pallet jack

  • Nothing. Don't trust them. I have worked for them as a company driver 2 times and as an owner-operator, and each time I have been asked to lie, falsify stories, been yelled at by managers etc. Was in an accident that wasn't my fault but they pinned it on me. They put on a good front to get you in the door, but they don't care about their bread and butter-DRIVERS! Work there at your own risk!

  • STUIPED DM who have No idea what it takes to drive a big rig!

  • With the division I’m in-Intermodal, having a "Third Party" decide on what week I’m going to have an EXCELLENT pay check really sucks!

  • They lie a lot

  • Terrible communication plus no respect on my fleet

  • Different truck every time, and you dont get paid by the hour so youll never know how much your are going to make
