Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Truck Driver in J.B. Hunt
Management makes all the difference.
CDL Class A Driver (Former Employee) - San Antonio, TX - October 21, 2021
Worked at several dedicated accounts. Management makes all the difference as to whether or not you get paid properly and/or get the miles you are supposed to get. The culture at JB has changed so that corporate making the dollars is more important than the driver having a life.
Pros
Consistent work
Cons
Home time = almost none

The only grievance I have is pay
Class A CDL Driver (Current Employee) - San Antonio, TX - February 19, 2021
The only thing wrong with it is the pay. The at could be better for the industry I’m in and also for the things ask you to do. I make good money on a six day schedule would like to be five day
Pros
Schedule work
Cons
Pay

It’s okay.
Truck Driver Class A (Current Employee) - San Antonio, TX - May 25, 2021
The company pays fairly decently, so there’s that. Management is nowhere to be found most of the time unless they have an issue with you so that can be kind of annoying. Trucks are ok.
