Good job overall way better than allot of places I've been .good equipment, well taken care of.good benefits.they give you uniforms and coats .I had personally been to quite a few jobs and it just seems like there all flying by the seat of there pants..much more laid back here,while still being on top of safety.

Better pay then most in same field.

They have gotten better about the long hrs it's not as bad as was. Management only cares about getting the product delivered or that the customer was happy and are quick to throw you under bus if need be but if your a good worker will also fight for you if you mess up in most cases. There pay however for fms is Peice work meaning get paid by miles delivered product installs etc so plenty of ways to get work from you for free.
