The company is not following the laws, ECOA..etc.. They don't have a clear direction for the company to work. They can't keep loan officers in the PA office to stay. The branches that are sub-contract are disrespectful to the processors.

It was 50/50. I liked my co-workers but the money wasn't consistent with what the job functions entailed. You were pressured to get the files through as super quick but at the same time not afforded the necessary time on the clock to maintain that goal. For processing it's a hybrid processor/Jr underwriter position which they did not tell us up front in the interview and they simply don't pay enough for.
